All children under 6 months of age are provided by the state with infant food (formula) on a monthly basis. If the total income of your family does not exceed the subsistence minimum, then you can safely apply for a mixture.
First, you need to consult with the district pediatrician. Take a certificate, which will indicate what kind of mixture you need (adapted, hypoallergenic, etc.) and its amount.
Further, this very certificate is registered in the children’s clinic (it is assigned an individual number). Then you can carry in the Department of social protection of the population or in the MFC. It is necessary to take a passport and a birth certificate of the child, which will be issued a mixture.
So, to apply for a baby formula, you need the following documents:
– original and copy of passport
– original and copy of the child’s birth certificate
-information from a pediatrician.
The mixture is given monthly until the child reaches the age of 6 months. The application is submitted once for the entire period of issue. BUT!!! If you change the number or type of mixture, then you need to take a new certificate from the pediatrician with the new data and apply again, providing the Department of social protection of the population all the documents again.
The date, place and time of receipt of the infant formula is announced in advance and is usually the same every month.
